Our Purpose
Membership and Program Network shall be to promote program development, training, and program discovery throughout the YMCAs in the State of New Jersey and surrounding region. It shall also serve as a networking resource for all YMCA staff throughout the state.
Our Goal
The goals of the Network and Website shall be to:

Stimulate Membership and Program Development.

Facilitate and Promote training that is available to all staff, in accordance with YMCA of the USA training guidelines and designs.

Serve as a communication resource to local staff in the state and region.

Provide a communication link between local YMCAs and the YMCA of the USA.

Provide opportunities for program and other sharing between staff.

Advocate on behalf of critical issues facing YMCAs.

Encourage and recognize excellence in program development and delivery.
